Weekend Receptionist

Bartley Healthcare is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.
ScheduleThis position follows a rotating weekend schedule and requires flexibility to work both shifts:
Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Applicants must be available for the rotating weekend schedule.
ResponsibilitiesGreet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
Assist visitors with general questions and directions
Monitor the front desk and entrance area
Provide basic administrative and clerical support
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Communicate appropriately with nursing, administration, and other departments
Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional
Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Perform additional front-desk duties as assigned
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment
Basic computer and telephone skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
Must be reliable and able to work the required rotating weekend schedule
