Trust & Safety Operations Specialist Overview We are seeking a Trust & Safety Operations Specialist to support content operations, moderation, policy, and AI-enabled safety features for a community-focused platform. This role will help ensure safety features are accurately configured, effectively utilized, and delivering the right information to the right users.

Core Responsibilities - Monitor and evaluate safety-related information, including events such as wildfires.
- Determine appropriate geographic areas for safety features based on available information.
- Follow established SOPs to ensure accurate and consistent operational decisions.
- Support content operations, moderation, policy, and feature-related workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and help implement workflow improvements.
- Work with AI-enabled features to ensure information is accurate, appropriately targeted, and functioning as intended.
- Support escalation processes and communicate issues requiring additional attention.
- Help document and improve operational processes and workflows.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years of experience in trust & safety operations, community operations, crisis communications, or a related field.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted workflows and escalation processes.
- Experience with process documentation, workflow design, or operations automation.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing operational responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in emergency management, public safety dispatch, 911, or crisis center operations.
- Experience supporting third-party API integrations or external partners.
- Background in safety, wellness, or community-focused operations.

Work Environment - Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
- Potential for weekend coverage, though no regular overtime or holiday schedule is expected.
