Job Details Responsibilities
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations
- Develop litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys
- Work with medical experts, investigators, and retained experts
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
