Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Newtown Square, PA
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Compensation: $21-$24/hour, based on years of experience
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's plan of care.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and hygiene.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition appropriately.
Provide care across Skilled Nursing and Personal Care units as assigned.
Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team.
Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania CNA license is required.
Current CPR certification is required.
Prior healthcare experience is preferred; newly certified CNAs may be considered if they are strong candidates.
Long-term care experience is preferred, with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Personal Care, Assisted Living, Home Care, or CCRC settings all considered.
PointClickCare experience is preferred.
Strong resident-care and assessment skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits
$21-$24/hour, based on years of experience.
Weekend shift differential available.
Employees working on a holiday receive double time for each holiday shift worked.
